All orders placed before 12:00 pm Central European Time (CET) will be directly picked and packed and deposited to our post carrier. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your country. Above timelines are indications and can't be guaranteed.

Note: International orders outside the EU exclude custom fees and all additional taxes. We can’t be held responsible for any additional taxes and/or fees.

Can I track my order? 
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hello@moomu.com. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

What is your return/exchange policy? 
MOOMU will happily accept returns and exchanges of all your items within 14 days from the date you received your products. The item(s) must be in original condition, in their original packaging and with all tags remaining in place. Item(s) must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

Requesting a return is really easy!

1. Send us an email, within 14 days of receiving your order, to hello@moomu.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
2. Send your unused and undamaged item(s) and the original packaging back to us within 14 days.
3. Fill in the provided return form and place it together with the items you want to return.
4. Seal the box securely.
5. Return to your nearest post office and send it to our return address below. The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by MOOMU. 
6. Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of your return.

Will I get a refund?
MOOMU offers a full refund of the products (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Unfortunately we are also unable to refund return shipping costs, expect from the Netherlands. In the Netherlands we do offer free returns).

Once we receive your returns, all item(s) will be inspected. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached.

If an item is used or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to you and a refund will be refused. We will refund your order witihin 7 working days counting from the day we receive your order. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days to receive your return.

MOOMU cannot be held liable for the loss of product(s) being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

How should I return my items? 
Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact MOOMU at hello@moomu.com and notify us of your wish to return your item(s).
  2. Fill out the returns form which you received with your order.
  3. Pack the items you wish to return together with the returns form in a sturdy packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address below.

Please note: Customers have a total of 14 days to return the products with the completed return form after they received the order. For further information concerning returns please contact MOOMU.

What if I want an exchange?
If you want to exchange your order you’ll need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.

What if I refuse a delivery? 
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

Do you ship to PO boxes? 
We currently do NOT ship to PO box addresses.
